Self-Employed Professionals: Manage your own business, set your own rates, and provide your HMRC UTR number as evidence of your status.
PAYE via Umbrella Company: If you prefer to be paid via PAYE, we provide direction and support to help you engage with a reputable Umbrella Company. In this arrangement, the Umbrella Company acts as your employer and pays you directly.
Please note: NECG is not a party to this arrangement; the contract and payment terms exist solely between yourself and your chosen Umbrella Company.
